Thank you for your interest in transporting!

To be considered for the transport team, you must:

• • You are 21 years of age or older

  • You have a VALID Driver's License

  • You have reliable transportation

  • You have active vehicle insurance

  • You have never been charged or convicted of animal cruelty, neglect, or abandonment

  • You agree to and sign the Transport Driver application and waiver
